It's not always easy to picture your dog in a car crate from measurements on a computer screen, so we're going to build up a page with examples of dogs in crates. For example when you look at a Single Large crate you can't imagine that a dobermann would fit in there - but ours does!

We've sold crates to chihuahua families but no great dane has ever tried one of our crates! Most of our customers' dogs are somewhere in between - like our own much loved dobermann and golden retriever. Ideally dogs should be lying down for travelling though you'll see from the pictures above that some of the dogs are sitting whilst posing for the camera. If you call up to order a crate we'll give an honest opinion as to whether we think your dogs will fit into the chosen car/crate combination. We have of course sold crates to lots of people with crossbreed dogs, but we ask for breed type to get some idea of shape and size.
